�������� entered into a definitive agreement to purchase LaSalle Solutions, a business division of Fifth Third Bank, to further enhance the technology solutions portfolio available to clients of both companies, while also significantly increasing ��������’s national footprint. The transaction is expected to close in April of 2022.

Technology solutions provider �������� expands its executive team with the addition of Joe Quaglia as President, who will work alongside regional sales teams to expand sales and solution capabilities to support �������� clients and partners.
